Stress busters

Hi guys we all feel stressed at some point of life. Kids, responsibilities n changing hormones make us weak n think that the things are going haywire.

 I'm talking on my personal perspective and sharing my views. We all need to understand how to get over stress to be calm and poise
.

Here are various stresses we all feel and their possible solutions-

Marital frictions- This one is the major cause for spouses.Me sailing in the same boat with on n offs and mood swings can say that this type can be handled by talking your heart out. This will be 100% beneficial. And if the other side is adamant then the possible way out is what I call silent complaint. In this your silence is your win and ultimately you'll be distressed when the spouse will break the ice. And the ball is in your court.

Interfering Elements- Being married means ready for compromises. And the beginning of stress lies here. Stress buster here would be self respect and decision making. Be your own master and be wise. Understand that your well being is your strength.

Kids- This 2020 pandemic has taken a toll over parents. But kids were never easy before too.  I being a mom of 2 too lose it sometimes but the key is to give some freedom to children and let them be sometimes. Let the floors get dirty. Let them play wet n soiled. And give them at least 10 min of your quality time daily. This will be your stress buster and theirs as well.
